Sausage Casing Tying Methods

I’m 57 and a self taught culinary goddess ( my grown up children can vouch for that) Two methods for adding chutney to sausage rolls. Add straight into the sausage meat , this stops the pastry being soggy. You can add directly to the pastry but just a thin layer. Enjoy!! #easyrecipe #cooking
